2 luxury Villas to rent in Mauritius, for 2 people or 6 – 10 people, are unique on the Island. Build as typical Mauritian houses with a thatch roof made of sugar cane leaves, next to each other on a white sandy beach and beautiful tropical garden. The interior is luxurious, fully equipped with the services of a house maid/cook. Famous Golf of Belle Mare, St. Géran and Touessrok, Diving, Water sports are within 15 minutes drive.

Clair de Mer (10 people)
This 250 m² villa rejoins all dreams of a unique holiday on an Island, in the sun and on a white sandy beach. The interior is luxurious, the garden stunning and the beach at your feet, with the services of a house maid/cook.
In a large tropical garden where there is a old 100 years old tree, “Clair de Mer” is a typical mauritian house, which is rarely found in the Island actually. The thatch roof, made of sugar cane leaves, gives an authentic charm to the house. The height of the roofs, the volume of the rooms, the huge garden and the large white beach give a great sense of privacy and luxury, troubled only by the soft murmur of the reefs, depending by the direction of the wind.
Situated in the north-east of the Island, facing one of the most beautiful lagoons, the villa and its surroundings are calm and relax.

« Clair de Mer » has 6 bedrooms, 1 big living room and dining room, an exterior roofed terrace and 1 terrace facing the beach.

The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay :

• 1 bedroom with queen size bed, air condition and bathroom/toilet en suite
• 1 bedroom with king size bed, air condition and bathroom/toilet en suite
• 1 bedroom with king size bed, air condition
• 3 bedrooms with each 1 single bed and ceiling van ; (1 extra bed possible)
• 1 additional bathroom/toilet
• Big fully equipped kitchen
• The services of the house maid are included. She will be happy to prepare typical mauritian dishes for you. She works 4 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. For more than 6 people, a second person will also be at your service.
• There is an Alarm with cameras, 3 safes in the 3 double rooms.
• ADSL available with your own laptop.
• WIFI
• Satellite TV, DVD player, Hifi

There are nice snorkelling areas in front of the villa. 2 Kayaks are at your disposal. The watchman who is a fisherman will take you out in the lagoon if you wish.
The well known Golf courses of Belle Mare and le Saint Géran are only 20 minutes by car.
We will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire.
