Your private Island + a luxury Villa of high standard for an exclusive holiday in Mauritius, situated on the beautiful East coast, only 20 minutes from Grand-Bay on an private Island.

The luxury villa has 4 bedrooms, living room and great terrace, all giving direct view on the turquoise lagoon;

The Island can be reached by a long jetty from the main land by car. On one side you have the view on the coast and beaches of Roches Noires, on the other side you have the view on the sea and riff.

The services of the housemaid/cook are included in the price.
Half board or Full board is possible.

The Island has 3500 m² and the villa 320 m² is newly build and has been decorated by a architect in a Zen and modern style.
About 50 m from the main land, a jetty brings you to the Island. The villa is surrounded by sand. The access to the water is special in front of the villa; you just step down into a kind of natural pool where it is shallow and where you can also enjoy a nice cocktail…. On the east side of the Island the water is deeper and you can swim and snorkel.

There are 4 Bedrooms; The 3 main bedrooms have direct sea view.
The decoration is in harmony with the surrounding; natural stones, wood, steel…

We suggest to use Room 3 and 4 as a  family suite

2 servants are at your service from 8 – 16 hours. They will also prepare delicious typical or classic dishes for you. Extra service in the evening is possible.

L’Ilot is the kingdom of fish, crab, shells. The fishermen will propose to you their daily catch, also crayfish, octopus, calamari …)

The kitchen is totaly equipped in high standard and a spacious living room  with big flat screen TV gives onto the terrace.

The terrace can be closed at your convenience. Beautiful furniture for a relax stay and a big wooden table for lunches with great sea view.

We also propose half or full board and delivery service of fine champagnes and wines.

It will be a pleasure to organise your airport transfer and car hire, deep sea fishing, diving or anything else you wish to enjoy a relax holiday.

Equipment: Kitchen with big Steel oven, Micro-wave, American fridge and freezer, Dish washer. Laundry with washing machine and dryer and second fridge. Big inox barbecue. Wifi and Internet, TV Sat Mauritius (bedroom and livingroom), Generator, Alarm, Automatic Rollershutters. Security guard on request at night.
A baby cot and a high chair are available.
