Villa Le Duplex is located in the east of the island, 45 minutes from the airport, only 5 min. from the charming village Trou d’eau douce and directly on the seaside.
From the terrace and big garden you have a beautiful view on the lagoon.
The sea can be reached by a small path 20 m further below where you can swim or do some snorkeling. Swimming for small children is not advised. The excellent Beach of Belle Mare is 1,5km m away.
Boats can pick you up from the private jetty for trips around the lagoon or for for fishing and specially to visit the well known “Ile aux cerf” with its beautiful white sandy beaches, only 10 minutes away and with plenty of watersportactivities.
The services of the housekeeper is included. First shopping facility at 200 m from Villa Le Duplex, Restaurants are in Trou d’eau Douce.
3 Golf courses and a Waterpark for children are nearby .
Enjoy luxury decoration and furniture, big terrace, pool, tropical garden with magnificient view of the lagoon.
The pool is shared with 4 housing units.
The Villa has 230 m², is furnished in a fresh, modern style with a quiet terrace and enclosed garden. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom for 2children only or 1 adult.
Ground floor: Terrace, Living- and Dining room. Kitchen, laundry. WC.
First floor: 1 Bedroom withdouble bed A/C, ajoining bathroom, WC.
1 bedroom with double bed A/C . 1 Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 extra bed for children, 1 bathroom/WC.
The services of a housemaid/cook is included. She does the laundry, ironing, cleaning, washing up, bedding 6 day/ week except on public holidays. When desired she prepares specialities of the island. Her services are included in the price.
As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to her would be welcomed on departure.
Babysitting is possible on request (not included)
There is a free telephone for local calls and for receiving international calls. For outgoing international calls use a prepaid card or hook-up your laptop to SKYPE.
We will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa le duplex. La piscine donnant sur la mer est très belle. Nous avons aimé la toute proximité du village peu touristique qui permet un bon contact avec la population. Nous avons surtout adoré, l’efficacité, les bons conseils, la gentillesse, et les bons petits plats de Josianne. Nous reviendrons.
