The villa 260 m² is beautifully furnished with 4 bedrooms and aircondition and can accommodate up to 8 people.

In Grand Bay you will find shops, restaurants and water sport facilities.
The Villa is on one of the most nicest beaches of Mauritius

Its main attraction is its direct accessibility to a top lagoon and beach where there is no danger for kids to swim and snorkel + its proximity to a 4 star hotel is a plus. Its direct road access to grand baie village makes life easy for shopping, restaurants, massages and casinos.

Golf players can also enjoy the Trou aux Biches hotel golf course 15 minutes drive away.

Sunset overlooking the bay , mainly during our winter months [ june to September ] is unique to this paradise spot.

The tennis courts of Labourdonnais are only 20 minutes away by car.
