Full Description
Private house for a couple or up to 6 people with cleaning lady and cook, pool, big garden in a beautiful private resort only 50 meters from the sea in the north of Mauritius.
Kenville 19 is a semi- detached house which is part of a residential complex in BAIN-BOEUF in the north of the island, near GRAND-BAIE and 1h30 from the airport. The buildings are situated in 8400 square meters of a carefully maintained beautiful tropical garden to which the properties have direct access from their ground floor terrace. There is a first class swimming pool with overflow. Kenville 19 is situated immediately in front of the swimming pool. The complex is only 50 meters from the sea across the coastal road. From there you can walk on white sandy beaches to PEREYBERE or further north to CAP MALHEUREUX. There is a bus station in front of the complex. It takes 10 minutes to reach GRAND-BAIE and its shopping malls, water-sport facilities, banks, restaurants, casino and discotheques. At 1 P.M fresh fish can usually be purchased on the beach in front of Les Condes and at 4.30 P.M when the fishing boats return to shore there is a lively fish market in GRAND-BAIE.
Kenville 19 is 130 square meters.
Ground Floor: – well equipped kitchen, living/dining room, terrace leading to the garden, barbecue area and equipment. Parking.
First Floor: – 1 bedroom facing the mountains with twin beds, A/C. 1 bedroom with twin beds facing the swimming pool, A/C, terrace. 1 bathroom with shower and W.C. Twin beds can be joined together as single beds.
Second Floor: – 1 bedroom facing the garden with one double bed, A/C and balcony. 1 en suite bathroom with shower and W / C. 1 terrace.
The housekeeper works from Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m to 13.30 p.m.. She attends to the house and guest laundry and to the house cleaning.
The cook is ALSO present during those times and is available to accompany you and assist you in buying your groceries and local fruits and vegetables. She will prepare your lunch or dinner in advance.
Both do not work on public holidays.
Their services are included in the price.
As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to them would be welcomed on departure.
ADSL Internet is free. Bring your own laptop.
There is a free telephone for local calls and for receiving international calls. For outgoing international calls use a prepaid card.
Not far from Kenville 19 you will find a diving-centre. Water sports facilities such as windsurfing, water-skiing, deep-sea fishing and parasailing, are easily available in GRAND-BAIE. Tennis is also available at CASUARINA HOTEL in TROU-AUX-BICHES. Otherwise 7 courts are accessible day / evenings at TENNIS-DU-NORD in LABOURDONNAIS less than 30 minutes away.

très belle situation proche du cap Malheureux qui est un des plus beaux sites du Nord de l’île avec “Coin de mire” en point de mire, l’île plate et l’île d’Ambre à portée de bateau. Piscine immense et villa très agréable à habiter en famille avec sa conception à étage qui permet d’avoir chacun son indépendance (cette qualité vaut aussi pour les Trouloulous).
Nous ajoutons aussi la qualité de service et la gentillesse des personnes chargées de la cuisine et du ménage. Ne pas hésiter à découvrir les spécialités mauriciennes en se laissant guider pour le choix des menus.

Liebe Dominque,
sehr gern schreibe ich in Ihr Gästebuch. Wir haben zu fünft 3 Wochen in Les Condes verbracht und waren einfach nur glücklich und begeistert. Rubina und Ruby haben uns immer bestens versorgt und uns ein gutes warmherziges Gefühl vermittelt. Haus, Garten und Pool waren sehr schön, auch wenn die Tauben auf dem Dach wegen der Geräusche gewöhnungsbedürftig sind. Der prima Kontakt zu dir und die guten Vorbereitungen sind auf jeden Fall erwähnenswert.
Mauritius ist eine wunderschöne Insel und zeichnet sich besonders aus durch das phantastische Meer, die Strände und die Menschen. Unsere Mädchen (12 und 15 Jahre alt) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Pool und beim Schnorcheln, aber auch beim Shoppen und Tanzen.
Ich möchte so bald als möglich mit meiner Familie wieder kommen.

we really appreciated this accommodation. The house is big and you can find there everything you need. The housemaid, Ruby, keep the house always clean and understands your needs easily. The owner are very polite and helped us to arrange our holiday and wedding too, more than expected. It’s placed in a perfect position, close to grand Baie and some of the best beaches of Mauritius.

Un super séjour aux Condés en famille ! Souvenirs plein les têtes avec une folle envie de repartir dasn ce coin de paradis. Tout y est formidable de l’accueil au logement en passant par les visites, la gastronomie, les sorties en mer, la plongée ET LE REPOS !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’ile Maurice en famille, la villa kenville19 est très agréable, l’accueil est soigné,Les personnes qui s’occupent de la maison sont très gentilles, et la plage de Pereybère magnifique!

The vacation we did there, was one of the best ones in my life.
